Welcome to the factory
This is where we harness the four natural elements – earth, water, air and fire. These lay the foundations for a skilful balance, determining the desired outcome. Each porcelain tile surface produced stands out in the market thanks to the added value associated with Made in Italy products.
Fire: completes the transformation to porcelain tile.
Earth: provides the raw material.
Water: moulds, binds and finishes the material.
Air: sets the material before firing.

Pressing
We only use hydraulic presses with moulds based on various technologies and edge trims customised to suit the product. Vertical dryers use some of the heat from the kilns to reduce energy consumption.
Digital and traditional glazing
Our plant includes a combination of latest-generation digital machinery and traditional screen-printing machines to produce unique aesthetic results.
Firing
Grinding
After firing comes grinding, a process that involves refining tile sizing to within a tenth of a millimetre, ensuring flawless laying results.
We have three cutting and grinding lines, two wet and one dry. We use a cutting disc to produce all sub-sizes in our range in-house.
Picking and packing
Each tile is subject to automatic and manual controls for guaranteed integrity and aesthetic quality. The picking department has four lines, three automatic and one manual, to pick the products based on customer needs.
Packaging is always customised, to ensure consistency with brand identity.
